Under NH RSA 674:2, the Planning Board is tasked with creating and maintaining a Master Plan.

Wilton has received two Housing Opportunity Planning (HOP) Grants from InvestNH. The first HOP grant was received in early 2023 to conduct extensive community outreach and audit existing regulations. The second HOP grant was received in 2025 to update current regulations/develop new regulations and update the Vision and Land Use Chapter of Wilton's Master Plan.

A large part of this project focuses on public input and engagement. We need your thoughts and ideas!

Subscribe to the Wilton Master page on the NRPC Engage site to take surveys and follow updates.
Attend Planning Board meetings (visit wiltonnh.gov for meeting materials and dates/times).

The Wilton Planning Board is in charge of updating the Wilton Master Plan, and has contracted with the Nashua Regional Planning Commission (NRPC) to lead the efforts.
